Master Dealers & Manufacturer’s Representatives
The Reltima sales model functions using two types of sales channel designations. First, we support a nationwide network of Master Dealers who partner with us to sell our GPS fleet management systems. Master Dealers re-brand our systems and sell to their prospects under their own company name. The Master Dealer has full control of pricing and all sales processes and provides level one service to their customers. The Master Dealer invoices his/her customers directly and pays Reltima wholesale prices for hardware and monthly service fees.
The Reltima Manufacturer’s Rep works as an independent sales agent for the company. Retail prices and commissions are set by Reltima and we do the majority of the work required to install the devices, set up the account and invoice the customer. The rep normally will open and close the sale and provide initial training.
At Reltima we pride ourselves on providing top-notch sales support for our associates by offering as much private training as needed to learn our systems. We also conduct educational webinars and monthly meetings on a regular basis. Our quarterly newsletter and sales tip email program allow our associates to keep up-to-date with new product features and sales techniques. We also give free leads to our sales partners so that they may have the essential contacts needed to open the sales dialogue with their prospects. We make sure our associates have all the tools needed to build a successful business selling GPS fleet management systems.
